As a home builder we rely on a large variety of local trades to be a part of building our new home communities. A trade of ours that provides us with critical construction supplies was in need of a general contractor for work to be done at their own businesses. years and still growing. This relationship has found ways to create jobs for

The Bothell & Marysville Parr
Lumber locations needed a general contractor to do a large remodel job for the
older buildings they had. Parr Lumber requested us to bid the job for their new
retail store front space & admin offices. Belmark was happy to work on this
job! Parr Lumber has been supplying our lumber & siding materials for a few
years so working on a job for them was our pleasure! This commercial job
was huge and included just about every phase of a full remodel. In Bothell we
demolished a building, remodeled another building to be used as their admin
& retail business. From starting with new plumbing, electrical, HVAC,
adding windows and framing offices, Belmark was hands on for this job. In
Marysville it was the basically the same story; demo a portion of the old
building and get it all ready for opening their retail store front. Belmark
touched it all; plumbing, heating, electrical, painting. Belmark even paved their
parking lot for the finishing touches.
