The Glamorous Remodel!
Belmark has been doing a
variety of special projects this last year in 2015 and of course we’ve shared
them with you. If you missed any you can find them either on Pinterest, Facebook,
our blog or website! Do you remember the Mukilteo remodel? This stunning
remodel home was originally built in 1978. It’s now modern and new again. The
owner of the house shared his remodel experience with a friend. Then that
friend called Belmark! The story is wonderful and reminds us of our favorite
moto, Building Friendships for life.
Our client was looking for
some changes at home. The goal was to create a new environment of a bright and welcoming
home that sparkles with beauty. To somewhat quote our kind hearted client: “I
was shown pictures of a friends remodel and they spoke the world of you. So, I
called you. It was love at first sight. You came in and immediately made me
feel at ease, gave me hope and made it possible for me to breathe. Then the
design process started. Again, I knew kind of what I wanted but Belmark stepped
it up. The entire collaboration went smoothly.
That brings us to construction processing commencing. Oh boy. I really
had no clue but you ALL helped get the house prepped. You absolutely went above
and beyond. You had patience and showed empathy and care. The entire
construction process went as planned and the results bring tears to my eyes every
time I walk into the house that is a fact. It also brought a group of talented,
caring, smiling and positive people into my life which I hope will remain not
just as my “contactors” but my friends. All of this is because a group of
outstanding people got together and made it happen.”
Team Belmark received a
wonderful letter from our client as portions are shared above and we were all incredibly
touched. The remodel was a great experience for everyone. The materials used
were marvelous: sparkling quartz, new lighting, new cooktop and refrigerator,
entire main floor installed laminate hardwoods, glamorous master retreat full
of tiles and a new designer soaking tub, new paint throughout, new carpet and
last but not least the custom fireplace feature wall! It’s a true WOW piece.
Designed to match existing kitchen cabinet style and painted white to brighten
up the home. That’s a lot of amazing!
This project has shown us
that you can blend business and personal joys of life into one amazing event by
building friendships for life. We finish this project just before the holiday
season. We would like to wish our client the very best in their new home and
