Another referral story. Wanting a new beginning at a familiar location…

Referrals come in all shapes and sizes. We are so grateful to have received so many over the past 30 yrs and looking forward to the future referrals as well. We are always proud to be your local builder/contractor.

Our newest client & her family were slowly starting to outgrow their home they lived in for the past 18 years. The property was already located exactly where they wanted to live. The only challenge was the size of their home and their growing kids! They had been living on the 4+ acres for nearly 18yrs so clearly it is the perfect place to call home. Next they just need more room for everyone.

This is where Belmark comes in to help! Belmark over the past 30 years has built all over Snohomish & King County. Belmark is very familiar with the charming town of Duvall. When we were contacted to be interviewed for a possible custom home we were up for the job. While these clients were securing their financing with Washington Federal they were suggested to contact Belmark to build for them. We have a great business relationship with Washington Federal bank and they were so amazing to refer Belmark for this custom home.

The interview went great and Belmark started demoing their home to make room for the new custom home! Their plans were finalized with lots of space they really needed. The next goal was to help create a bright home with lasting finishes throughout.

We are ½ way done and want to share the progress so far!

This new custom project has been a lot of fun to work on. The scheduled site visits with our client have been quite relaxing. Their property is nestled in a lovely wooded area and you just cannot help but to be relaxed and happy when on the property. I know these clients and their kids are just anxious to get moved in as soon as possible!
