Almost
1 year ago Belmark started the land construction for the community of Double
Eagle, located in Kenmore, WA. A total of eight homes averaging 2887 sq
ft. The community of Double Eagle sold
quickly. Each new home buyer had the
opportunity to personalize their interior sections and the colors to paint the
exterior of the homes. Belmark has
always believed in the importance of buyer participation during the
construction of the home. We believe
that by sharing the understanding of how things are built it creates a comfort
to our home buyers. The home buyers are able to see in person the quality of
construction along the entire process.
If something was a concern from our home buyers Belmark took action to
address the concerns immediately. At
Belmark we believe in an open door policy.
We perform several site visits during the home build with our
clients.
As a
home builder and general contractor we are human too and live in our own homes
the same way all our clients do. We try
to think “what would we expect in our own home?” Well the answer is you want it done well and
the right way! At Double Eagle the
biggest challenge for the community was the elevation changes. We were able to overcome this by adding
fencing and retaining walls to create home sites that were as private as can
be. In any city planned community
privacy isn’t easy to achieve. We wanted
to make the community of Double Eagle feel as comfortable and relaxing as
possible. We even added a private picnic
area for the families to enjoy.
The
home designs and the standard features determined for Double Eagle must have
been a hit since we were able to sell these eight homes quickly! Just ask Brett Bunn our listing agent from
Windermere/Mill Creek. Brett Bunn reminded Belmark that “Our buyers
loved all 3 of our floorplans. They really liked our open floorplan concept.
The huge picture windows in the great room were very well received. Our 3 car
garages were a hit too. We noticed that in our particular pocket that there
weren’t many of our competitors offering a 3 car garage plan. Definitely not
for under 700k.”
Double Eagle showcased extensive hardwood floors, master suites with slab counters, beautiful master bathrooms, unique kitchen layouts that included the latest appliance technology provide by our local favorite hometown appliance store, Judd and Black!
