New Kenmore home under construction

This spring Belmark finished an amazing community in Kenmore, WA. Across the street from Double Eagle, a large lot come up for sale and Belmark purchased it! The new Kenmore home under construction is located at 8117 NE 190^th ST. After reviewing Belmark’s portfolio of home plans it was decided the Andrews plan was the best plan for the Kenmore lot. Belmark’s team is excited about this build and hope you will follow along. We will keep posting photo updates on FB. Currently, we are in the excavation/foundation phase. After the foundation is completed framing will start.

The open floor plan of this new home will nicely showcase the extensive hardwood floors. A spacious master suite you will approve of features beautiful white quartz counter, tile floors, and tile shower.
