Can you believe it’s nearly the start of fall? Where did the summer go already! Seems like we all love fall for many reasons; back to school, Northwest beauty, the Seahawks, and cooler weather. Most of all fall is great weather to work outside. According to our hard working team out in the field they rather work during fall. Belmark’s GC team is excited to share the news of the next Fee Build project in Lynnwood. We are just breaking ground so we will be happy to share construction updates!
Back to the same old question, what is a Fee Build project? We’ve blogged about this before. To simplify, Belmark’s GC team has created an entire process starting with the raw land and building to a finished home. Belmark’s GC team has plenty of experience with the details involved with Fee Build projects. Belmark’s mission is to streamline each new build for our investors. It is especially important to our team to understand the full concept of each project. Our investors have an idea of what they want and we take it from there to create of fully detailed project summary of how we will complete it! Belmark has been building all over Snohomish and North King County so we know our team will support any investor succeed. This new Fee Build project in Lynnwood should take us about 10 months to complete.
This is another project being built for an investor group and they have decided to retain this in their own real estate portfolio as a rental property. So, unfortunately, they will not be for sale. There is a total of 21 sensibly designed townhomes in this 156th Street Lynnwood community. Currently, we are in the excavation/foundation phase. Framing will start after the completion of the foundation. Framing really starts giving the visual many of us need to see the full design.
With a subtle modern design, these townhomes will have open floor plans. In addition the finishes will include beautiful quartz counters, extensive hardwoods on the main living space floor, white painted kitchen cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Because this is townhome living parking and storage are often a concern. Not to worry with these units since each one will have adequate parking and garage storage. These are just a few of the exciting details for these townhomes.
