Custom Finishes
The details for this basement and master bathroom remodel were quite unique with the client’s rustic modern style. To list just a few of the finishes included modern white quartz counters with custom floating bathroom cabinets, sleek chrome plumbing and lighting. It really was the new mill-work that blended with the main floor of the home that stole the show! Belmark’s team had the most excitement about the creative details to the walls. There is no drywall installed in this remodel. In lieu of drywall we installed a vertical panel wood material and painted it white. It creates a big wow factor to this home. Next finish the ceiling with cedar stained wood planks and so you’ve now created a modern cabin practically. The rustic hardwood floors being an engineered product will last the family with years of memories. At a touch, you would think its real scraped wood.
Belmark finishes another remodel
The goal was to reconfigure their basement/garage to gain more bedrooms and create a fun casual family space. Converting a closet to give the clients a master bathroom was also important on the list! Remodels can get tricky once you start opening existing walls and ceilings, but our crew worked all the kinks out. Belmark certainly prides our team in making things right! Belmark finished with one day to spare! Literally just in time for the family to have a Merry Christmas! Belmark looks forward to keeping in touch and working on more projects.
