It was a busy summer for everyone! We are finally making time to talk about a few fabulous project Belmark finished up earlier this summer. Truly an amazing property that Belmark could be a part of making summer memories. These clients came to Team Belmark as a referral. Belmark really appreciates all our referrals keeping Belmark busy! Thanks again MK!The crew at Belmark enjoyed making these summer memories. The property was surrounded with water and sunshine so how could the team not enjoy this project. This dock remodel took longer than the original plan as a result was worth the added time. The clients had a bigger vision once the crew started the demo and the dock replacement. With a little creativity, the team and clients rolled up their pants and jumped in the water to begin!

Custom Finishes
The details for this lake side dock remodel include fantastic products by Trex. Custom add-ons that were designed by the clients and the team was more than up for the challenge. This beautiful home and property were ready to extend their lake dock and bring the life back to it.We want to thank the Ramos again for allowing us to take on their project. Referrals keeping Belmark busy
Another fun project Belmark completed this summer was in Woodinville. The project was to enlarge a second level of their home. The Behar’s are a busy family that needed more space. The solution was planned to modify the space over their garage. It was the perfect place to demo and enlarge! This project certainly is a perfect example of referrals keeping Belmark busy. Tom Leren referred this project to Belmark. Tom is a talented plan designer and creates amazing details when working with clients on remodel plans. Thanks again TM for the referral. We would be happy to get you in touch with Tom.This project took about 3 months with project details to include all new walls, electrical, plumbing, flooring, a new bathroom and bedroom. Charming finishes were selected to match the clients existing home. The cork flooring and granite counters were a perfect blend to complement their lovely home. Beautiful new lighting and faucets that create more charm to their new space. We hope the Behar’s grow in this new space making new memories.
