When you really don’t want to sell your home and move what do you do?  You add on if you can! Belmark finished another remodel project located in the Arlington area for some wonderful clients.  These clients were a referral from a real estate agent Belmark knows.  Thank you BB! The next step was to meet the clients to review the details of their master suite addition to get started on presenting a proposal.

Custom Finishes

The details for this master suite addition are traditional in style and lovely. Some of the finishes for the new bathroom include warm tone counters, custom stained cabinets, oil rubbed bronze plumbing and lights.  New mill-work to tied nicely with the rest of the home.  A big part of remodels is being able to blend the existing home with the new. The finished remodel looks amazing and blends perfect with their home. The beautiful hardwood floors were an engineered product. At a touch, you would think its real wood.  The goal was to create an uncomplicated design keeping the home warm and welcoming.  Taking on a new foundation section, blending new siding with the existing siding and joining new roofing with existing! Remodels can become complex but our crew worked all the kinks out! Belmark finished another remodel in about 4 months!
