Belmark’s GC team is excited to share the updates on a fee build project in Lake Forest Park. This 4-lot project is tucked away in a private setting yet right off the main strip of LFP. These 4 new homes sold fast so this was great news for our investor team.  
The design for the Modern Farm home was a huge success!  The finishes for LFP were only the best; quartz counters everywhere, barn doors, full stone fireplaces (indoor and outdoor), massive master bathrooms with tile everywhere you look.  The kitchen’s are designed with beautiful classic colors to last through the years of the always changing trends.  We feel our investors can be proud of  the project to showcase in any portfolio & Belmark looks forward to working on future projects with this great team!  Thanks again Mark, Tage & Meghan...
