Belmark Fee Build project
Belmark’s GC team is proud to showcase this fee build project recently completed called Stillaguamish Village. These 5 SFR new homes were designed by The Stillaguamish Tribes with an amazing Pacific NW vibe. Belmark and our investors from Stillaguamish Tribes worked closely during 2020 on all the project details (Belmark had a blast!).
The finishes are nothing but top of the line! When you drive into the community you are surrounded by nature and then the visual of the logs on the homes are incredible. Enter into large open floor plans with massive windows allowing views from every part of the homes. The homes were completed and ready to occupy by Dec. 2020. We know our investor will be proud of this project to showcase in their current portfolio!
