Belmark’s GC team is excited to showcase another fee build project in Bothell called Glass House. These 9 SFR new homes were designed with NW Modern in mind. Belmark and our investors from MSR Communities had worked closely during 2020 on all the project details.

The kitchen’s are designed with a wow factor of modern classic colors. The homes sold quickly and the last home owner moved in Feb. 2021.
