and timing are 2 of the biggest deciding factors why potential home buyers
choose to an existing finished home.
For example, if a certain school district is important to your family
chances are you will want to research existing finished homes in that area. Real Estate companies all have available home

The timing and schedule involved in custom home building may not blend with your
own personal schedules sometimes. For
example, what if you are moving from out of state? You will likely need a place
to live right away so waiting 6-10 months for a custom home may feel like its not the best
option for your needs. Temporary housing isn't an horrible option when you building your custom home is the end reward.
