Another great addition for the books!

Thank you Erin for working with Team Belmark on your remodel journey! 
This started out as a simple addition to create more bonus space in the home. It turned into a classic case of the remodel spill overs. However, it's practically a new home now! This family was already living in a great home at a really perfect city location. They wanted to gained more space with an addition. It was a great experience working closely with the owner to make all the wonderful details come together.

To name just a few details; new roof, new flooring throughout home, new paint (everywhere), new interior doors and trim, new kitchen counters, some new plumbing details, electrical, opening up walls/ceilings to give a nice large bonus room! All the changes have really given this home a brand new feeling. This project ended up taking longer than our normal 4 months and we thank our client for being so understanding during the challenges we worked through (material shortages, snow/ice and product delays). We wish you the very best.
