Buying a home on the transportation corridor is positive decision to make when determining where you want to live. Commuting to Seattle will become easier as more light rail locations are completed. Currently the Lynnwood area is about 16.5 miles to a working light rail, that’s only about 25 mins to drive. From there you can relax on light rail on the way to the office. There will be a Northgate location opening by 2021 and a Lynnwood station by 2023.
